do not trust this repair facility! if you use them, be prepared for things to mysteriously "break" after you get your vehicle back. we know of two vehicles that had their air conditioners sabotaged. we know of a "dead" battery that another repair facility repaired and holes punched in exhausts. they now want to put a cell phone tower on their property...probably because they need revenue from losing so many customers.

Our family has been doing business with Neubert's for at least 15 years, but I think it's actually closer to 25. They've worked on everything we've owned - Lincolns, Ford Explorer's & Taurus, Volvos, Pontiac, etc. They always offer great advice, and never oversell. They get in, they fix what they need and nothing else. They work fast, and charge reasonable prices. Audrey and Bob (who run the shop) are extremely nice and sociable. They build relationships with people and know you when you come in. You won't find a better place to do business with.
